Our commitment to excellence starts with the DSP’s of the Hope Association.
It is our policy that all business and other practices are conducted at all times in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. All parties of Hope Association are expected to conduct activities honestly and fairly. Any form of lying, cheating or misrepresentation is prohibited.
There are many laws, regulations and ethical standards that govern the Hope Association. A few are:
Workers Compensation rules
Corporate Code of Conduct
Professionalism, staffing patterns and all areas that ensure client safety and adequate staffing
Private CPA audit and state audit of all income and expenses for integrity and accuracy
Department of Labor
CRMA rules and standards
State Reportable and mandated reporting
PCP process and comprehensive service plans
All employees will be treated with dignity, respect, courtesy and honesty and with the highest level of integrity.
In summary, employees need to know that we are ethical, trustworthy, transparent and have policies and procedures in effect for anyone to bring concerns or questions forward. We need to be part of a safe team and work together.
